Who We Are:


​We are GVYM!
Grand Valley Youth Ministry is a collaborative community existing to disciple all youth within our United Methodist congregations as well as be in mission to youth in our community seeking a relationship with Christ. By creating a safe environment and providing opportunity to grow in our faith, this community seeks to strengthen our individual faith communities while also remembering we are all connected as one body in Christ.

We meet most Sunday evenings throughout the school year from 5-7pm, but check the calendar or weekly email newsletter for most up to date information.

COVID-19 Update:
The GVYM has guidelines in place for COVID-19
We are gathering in person:
Wednesday evenings
-       Farmers Market – Wear a mask for the duration of the time there, except while eating
-       Senior High bible study wear mask when arriving/ staying socially distancing during study
Sunday evenings
-       Wear masks when arriving.
-       Wear masks while in smaller groups
-       Social distance as much as possible
-       Remove masks while eating
Health Screening Questions
-       We will be asking health screening questions evet gathering
-       You cannot stay if you have a cough/sore throat/other covid symptoms
-       Hand washing when you arrive
-       Hand Sanitizer will be available
Travel
-       Youth are not allowed to ride with another youth/adult outside of their family unless a waiver is signed by parents with permission. ONLY adult volunteers and youth (18 or older/ parents signed permission) will be able to transport outside of family member.
